Soft Tissue Therapy
Your soft tissue therapy consultation begins with an evaluation of functional limitations and areas of pain and a biomechanical & postural assessment to identify any problems. A tailored treatment plan will then be designed based on your needs and goals. Throughout your treatment, we will work hard to help you return to all normal functional activities.
Soft Tissue therapy treatments include remedial rassage, trigger point therapy, PNF, myofascial release, functional cupping, IASTM, positional release and neuromuscular therapy.
If required, you may receive a personalized home exercise program to allow you to stay healthy and further enhance your rehabilitation.
We are aware of our scope of practice and limitations here at These Hands and will not hesitate to refer you on to a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Occupational Therapist, another Remedial massage therapist or Exercise physiologist if necessary.
