Tegan is a professionally accredited Soft Tissue Therapist & Remedial Massage therapist with 10 years experience and runs her busy clinic from her home in Langford.
Tegan is a well known and sought after massage therapist in her area providing tailored treatments using a wide variety of remedial tools such as dry needling, vacuum cupping, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, PNF, myofascial release, functional cupping, positional release and neuromuscular therapy.
Tegan lives with her FIFO husband and two rottweilers Ruby & Tyson. Originally from beautiful Queensland, Tegan has lived in Perth now for 14 years and calls Langford home.
When she isn't busy in the clinic, Tegan spends her time in the pool and ocean training for the Rottnest swim. She loves Crossfit, walking her dogs at the beach and going for bike rides with her husband.
Tegan is very laid back and easy going, empathetic, understanding, easy to talk to, and very approachable which makes her treatments all the more enjoyable.
Tegan has worked with people from all walks of life, from athletes, kids, office workers, tradies, weekend warriors and soon-to-be-mums. She is very passionate about her work as a soft tissue therapist and the role she has to play in the alternative health industry. Tegan likes to stay up to date within the massage & myotherapy industry and maintain her standard of practice by frequently attending short courses, researching scientific articles and upskilling.
Tegan completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy in 2010 at the Endeavour College of Natural Health. Her massage and people skills did not go unnoticed and she received an honour award for 'Best in Clinic'.
In 2016 she completed a Dry Needling course and the Advanced Diploma of Soft Tissue Therapy. STT includes the treatment of the nervous system, strength and stretching advice and advanced assessment.
