Dip. of Soft Tissue Therapy and can provide all the techniques you can expect in a Remedial Massage including pregnancy and joint mobilisation. Tegan also specialises Dry Needling & Myofascial Cupping.  She is committed to providing tailored treatments unique only to you, enabling you to move well, and live life without pain.

Teegan-Marie Smith

The most experienced hands at These Hands, with a solid 14 years experience under her belt. Teegan-Marie has her Adv. Dip of Soft Tissue Therapy and specialises in Trigger point & soft tissue therapy, Deep tissue, & Sports massage, and Pregnancy. Teegan provides tailored treatments to suit your needs, always with a holistic approach with a deep understanding that everything is connected!

Greta Herrington

 The newest face at These Hands, Greta completed her Dip. of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2017 and can provide all Remedial Massage treatments, including trigger point, deep tissue myofascial release & cupping, pregnancy & intra-oral, and TMJ treatments. Greta provided treatments at some of the best spas in Perth, and brings with her to These Hands epic relaxation skills and intuitive remedial ability - smushing them together in a beautiful remedial flow.

About Tegan | RMT | Founder

Tegan lives with her FIFO husband and two Rottweilers Taylor & Lincoln (or is it Banksy!?. Originally from Queensland, Tegan has lived in Perth now for 17 years and calls Langford home.  When she isn't busy in the clinic Tegan lives an active lifestyle spending her time training in the pool & ocean, practicing pilates, boxing, and walking her dog at the beach.

Tegan is mostly chill, adhd, compassionate, easy to talk to, and very approachable making your time with her and your treatment all the more enjoyable and beneficial. 

Tegan has worked with people from all walks of life - athletes, kids, office workers, tradies, weekend warriors and soon-to-be-mums. She is very passionate about her work as a soft tissue therapist and the role she has to play in the alternative health industry. Tegan likes to stay up to date within the massage & myotherapy industry and maintain her standard of practice by frequently attending short courses,  researching scientific articles and upskilling.

Tegan completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy in 2010 at the Endeavour College of Natural Health. Her massage and people skills did not go unnoticed and she received an honour award for 'Best in Clinic'.   In 2016 she completed a Dry Needling course and the Advanced Diploma of Soft Tissue Therapy.  STT includes the treatment of the nervous system, strength and stretching advice and advanced assessment.
